advance payments made for your EZwebleads.com plan, so
we recommend that you cancel your website plan account
in conjunction with your billing period.

Yes - you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime
by submitting your request in writing, using the

website. However, there are no refunds for any
advance payments made for your EZwebleads.com plan, so
we recommend that you make changes to your website plan account
in conjunction with your billing period. A "one
time" Setup Fee will apply, since your EZwebleads.com
website will require webmaster reconfiguration and
editing.
